As the founder and CEO of RideFair, my journey began not in a boardroom but behind the wheel as a rideshare driver. Over five years in the driver’s seat taught me the realities of this industry—the highs of connecting with riders and the challenges of navigating an often-unbalanced system. Those experiences fueled my commitment to create a platform that champions fairness, transparency, and respect for both drivers and riders. During my time as a driver, I saw firsthand how unclear earnings structures and limited support could frustrate drivers, while riders sought reliability and trust in every trip. I founded RideFair to bridge that gap and redefine what a rideshare platform could be. At its core, RideFair is about valuing the people who make ridesharing possible: the drivers who dedicate their time and effort, and the riders who trust us to get them where they need to go.
